Hello Y107.com Surfer,

I just got my new password for the website so now I can blog! yay!  I just got back from Dallas, TX to meet up with some friends and party.

I flew to Dallas last Friday out of Kansas City and landed in Dallas where it was about a 20 degree difference in temperature.  I have got to say Dallas is pretty cool, although I was pretty disappointed with downtown, we spent much of our time in north Dallas, Addison, Lewisville, and Hickory Creek.   I had a blast and ate and drank like a fool!  The food was so good.

On Saturday night there is only one thing that I ate and it pretty much was fantastic.  It was a Mexican local chain called 7 Salsas.  Let me just say I have many weaknesses and Mexican food is one of them.  My buddy from Texas says “Are you ready to have the best Guacamole in your life?  I say “yeah man I love the guac.”

Our server comes out and asks what we want in the Guacamole and we say everything, Tomato, Onion, Peppers, The works, along with spices and such.

Our server comes back with the tray of ingredients and peals some fresh avocados and begins to mash the fruit in a bowl along with the ingredients in which we ordered.  let me tell you this…It was in fact, the best Guacamole I have ever had.  And the fajitas, forget about it. 10/10

On Sunday I went to Dealey Plaza in Downtown Dallas where JFK was Assassinated.  Kinda creepy given the fact that the very place where i was standing sunned a Nation.

After doing some sight seeing if you are ever in Addison, TX north of Dallas, check out The Flying Saucer.  Awesome Beer, Hot Waitresses, and a GREAT atmosphere.

Ill post some pics when i find some that are approprite to put up on here!  Check back soon!

Mason
