An Alabama teen is way more committed to his job than many his age normally are.
Over the last year, he’s been waking up in the middle of the night to begin a 5 mile walk to work, where he starts at 4am. He doesn’t have a car, and his family doesn’t have much money. Every dollar he makes goes to support his ailing mother and their life. His co-workers have often volunteered to pick him up or drive him home, but he simply refuses.
We couldn’t even imagine walking 10 miles round trip every day just to keep your job. Is any job worth it? And this is all no matter the weather.
His team had enough and decided to bond together raising funds. And then did this…
What’s the best thing your work family has ever done for you?
