House hunting is not all it’s cracked up to be!

My husband and I are in the process of buying a house. When I say process, I mean we’re in the first stage…looking for the “perfect” one. This is our first home-buying experience. Everyone keeps telling us that looking for a house is part of the fun. Not sure I agree with them. After looking at 15 in one day, they all start to look the same. If you have any house hunting tips PLEASE pass them along because we sure could use some help!

By the biggest house you can find. Make sure you get an ARM loan. Those things are the best! I’d give the name of my investment guy but he hasn’t been returning my calls. Bernie Madoff, if I hear from him I’ll let you know.

Thanks so much for the advice Andy. We’re hoping to find one before the market flips!

Make sure when your looking through houses, try and get your agent’s input on the Resale. First time home buyers typically don’t stay in their first home for longer than 2-5 years so it’s very important to know that in a couple of years you will have a good return on your investment to put down on the next home.

All I can say is now is the time to BUY!!!

    Congratulations!
