Cosmo as TRASH MAN

Cosmo’s Punishment Poker was to clean up trash from the side of 63!Cosmo picked up trash along the side of 63 Highway in Columbia Tuesday morning dressed as his alter ego Super Hero TRASH MAN! Our friends at MoDot assisted him with trash bags, a trash picker-upper and of course a safety reflector vest!
